You know the phrase 'working non-stop'? People throw it around far too lightly.

You'd notice if you ever find yourself working non-stop.

Because you'll try and tell someone you've been working non-stop, say, for weeks now, and they'll assume you're throwing the word around lightly. And you interrupt them and say: no, I mean it. I've been working non-stop.

And they'll nod vaguely and say something like: I have too.

So you furtively look about, grab them by the shoulders and shake and scream into their face: no, really, I've been working non-stop.

According to the now defunct Mayan Calendar, the end of the world is due to occur in a little under four years from now. It is my sincere hope that this mishap won't inconvenience any of you.

I myself plan on becoming intensely religious in about two years and three months.

April Fools has passed; I never enjoy April Fools because it is hardly ever done well. When Google renamed itself 'Topeka' for a day I got pretty depressed. I know this is what happens when you round-table an idea for discussion in meetings in a corporation, but at some point you have to notice when it all get stale.

I haven't been too productive lately. I need a system. An organization system that is radical and revolutionary.

On second thoughts - bugger it.

Valentines Day is Nigh and men across the western world are beginning to feel oppressed with the sullen obligation to manifest a grand romantic gesture. It's not right and it's not fair, but life is filled with injustice, and we are all laden with burdens to be otherwise than who we truly are. In this case, it is the obligation to be romantic - but things might be far worse.

Last year Stephen Colbert found the Swedish Jazz/Swing/Hiphop ensemble Movits on the Internets and had them perform on his show. (You can find the episode here by the way.)

Christmas is pretty awesome because people give me things and nice food appears magically around me, due some social ties I made in the past. I have no problem with Christmas provided nobody expects anything from me other than gratitude and appreciation. The moment anyone expects anything else, I feel that the experience for me begins to pall.

I just came back from a Thanksgiving in Detroit. Because I'm not American I don't really celebrate Thanksgiving.

Everywhere I went in Michigan I found that everyone seemed really nice and friendly. I always forget that North America is a friendly place filled with people who are mostly in a good mood. The reason I forget is because I live in Boston.

Most readers of the Wrong Blog will have realized by now that I am firmly devoted to saving the world and so what I'm saying next will be part of that mission.

I've been undertaking a slight rest and respite from the rigors of responsible life. I no longer work at Harvard, and though I'd like to work with for my old boss again, I won't be looking for any other work anywhere else any time soon. Instead I'm going to rest and ponder. So I made this:

Alright I'm back from my vacation to Oz. For anyone interested, I'm now technically unemployed. I have to admit it's been very nice so far and I like hanging out with my dog through the day. But now I have some time to put into creating more cards and doing odd-jobs around Wrongcards. So improvements and new content is on the way.

@Symbie Go to HR and tell them you suffer from acute claustrophobia and need a window. Make it a 'mental health' issue. See what happens?
