About This Card

The strange thing about food is, you don’t have to pay for it. If you can run faster than someone who is overweight, then you can snatch up their meal and be four blocks away before they’re out of their chair. You’ll be getting in some cardio, and they’ll also be skipping a meal. Follow me for more tips on living a healthy life.
